Because I have just recovered from a serious revamp I don’t have super harsh qualifications. But yes I do have qualifications:

- The site MUST have some sort of blog.
- The site should refelct basic knowledge of HTML
- If the site offers resources, they cannot be stolen.
- No Pizco or freewebs sites (If you have a really good FREEWEBS site, apply for a link exchange insead)
- If accepted, you must keep in contact with me by commenting on my blog, and I will return the favor

Apply by commenting on my most recent blog post or Emailing me . If I do not reply in at least two weeks, then sorry its a no. You may have better luck applying for a link exchange.
